Featured:Safe to use on the stove, in the oven, in the microwave and under the grill. All pieces can be used over direct gas, on the barbecue and even on an open fire. Dishwasher safe.

Composition:La Chamba is moulded by hand from coarse dark grey clay and coated in a fine terracotta glaze. As you would expect, colours and shape variations are typical of a hand-crafted product.

Care Instructions:Prior to first use, clean with mild detergent, fill each piece 3/4 full with water and place in the oven for 30 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius. This allows La Chamba items to seal. Wooden utensils are recommended to prevent scratching. Whilst it is safe to wash La Chamba in the dishwasher, to maintain its natural patina we recommend hand washing. Harsh detergents and dishwashers can dull the surface of La Chamba.

We accept change of mind returns within 14 business days of receiving your order.
We do not offer refunds, we will offer an exchange of size or a store credit.
We do not accept returns on sale or discounted items. No exchange/refund or credit note.
All costs involved with the postage/shipping of return items is the responsibility of the customer
All items must be returned with no damage to the item or packaging.
All items must be returned unworn, unwashed, unused and in original condition with all tags intact.
We recommend that you use registered post or a trackable courier when returning an item via post as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit to us.
Upon receipt of the merchandise, we will credit you for the purchase price of the items, less any shipping costs incurred and/or discounts applied when the goods were purchased.
When will I receive my store credit?
Our customer service team process returns daily as they arrive. However, due to transit delays, the speed of your store credit may be affected. You should receive your store credit within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper (many customers will receive their credit faster). Once we have processed your credit, you will be notified via email.
Damaged or Faulty Items

Please note: We are unable to refund items once they have been washed or worn. General wear and natural fading may occur over time and are not the responsibility of Lima & Co.

Standard delivery timeframes are between 3-10 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
All orders are delivered via Australia Post using eParcel unless otherwise arranged prior to the transaction.
We charge $9.95 for standard postage (2 to 8 days business day delivery) & $14.95 for express delivery (1 to 4 business day delivery)
